Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and process the deletion of your account and personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. You will receive a confirmation once the deletion has been completed.

What will be deleted

Upon approval of your request, we will permanently delete or anonymize, where applicable:

• Your FitNxt account

• Profile information

• Workout history

• Fitness assessments

• AI interactions and recommendations associated with your account

• Other personal information stored in our systems

What may be retained

Certain information may be retained for a limited period if required by law, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce our agreements, or maintain financial and transaction records where applicable.
