Dr. Eric Wahl PT, DPT, CSCS
A former collegiate football player and competitor in multiple bodybuilding shows and powerlifting meets, he earned his Exercise Science degree at Dakota State University and Doctor of Physical Therapy at Nazareth College. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS) and USA Powerlifting Club Coach.

Bonifacio Ale, CS, MCP, MSIM
A technical lead and principal solutions architect by profession, he earned his bachelors degree on Computer Science at the University of City of Manila and a Master in Information Management specialized in Data Science at the University of Washington that focuses on Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence.

Molly has over 5 years of personal training experience specializing in functional training

pain-free lifestyle. With a degree in Psychology from Gonzaga University, she helps clients stay motivated and successfully implement lasting behavior change to achieve
their goals.
